The Society for Strengthening of Drug Regulatory System in Himachal Pradesh is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting a robust drug regulatory system in the state. Our mission is to ensure the availability of safe, effective, and quality medicines to the people of Himachal Pradesh.

Our Objectives

1. To establish Himachal Pradesh as a model state with a strong drug regulatory system, guaranteeing access to authentic and quality medicines.
2. To undertake all functions and activities that may be necessary for running the HP Government Drug Testing Laboratory Baddi, Distt. Solan HP, for the achievements of the objects referred to in the MOA.
3. To create duly empowered administrative mechanism.
4. Ensuring the availability of authentic and quality medicines through effective regulatory oversight and monitoring.
5. Creating awareness among healthcare professionals, consumers, and stakeholders about the importance of drug regulation and quality medicines.
6. To undertake and promote research & conduct surveys.
7. To secure active involvement and participation of interested agencies.
8. To organize conferences, symposia, Workshop etc.
9. To secure constructive and participatory involvement of DTL Baddi & Drug Control Administration Govt of HP.
10. To ensure technical resources support by harnessing the existing institutions or thorough establishment of new ones.
